This is my favorite holiday for many reasons. I love the time to reflect on the things that are dear to me. What I am grateful for. It falls in the middle of my busiest time of the year. I find myself doing events every week and all the planning and time that goes with that. I find seeing my family becomes rare as I often leave early, return late, or stay the night away. The week of Thanksgiving is my oasis. It is a gift. Some of my favorite things to do include cooking, baking, eating, playing games, watching movies, seeing friends, and just to have time to not be on a schedule. So far a few things have included Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2, BYU beating San Jose State on a very cold night of Football. Two BYU Basketball games, and some very fun sex! What’s to come is the movies Creed and Victor Frankenstein. Another BYU Basketball game, more sex, more food, and a play. Also plenty of time by the fireplace just being with those I love. Next stop Christmas. I hope you all have a wonderful day and weekend no matter how you choose to spend your time. May it be in a way that brings you JOY!
