Geek Wars

In case you haven’t figured this out already I’m a bit of a nerd or geek or whatever you want to call it.  Trekkie?  We bought some fun gifts for the kids including some new lightsabers.  Well after getting back to the room last night I challenged hubby to a duel!  I was dressed in my Jedi lingerie and I attacked!  The Republic was being threatened.  I am not a simple padawan after all.  Best to dispose of a Sith quickly!  The battle raged across the King sized bed.  I ended up taking the high ground on the desk.  Lightsabers were clashing the hum was in the air as the blades flew overhead!  I saw an opening and made a leap for the bed!  Unfortunately it was further than my skills.  I fell short and was overtaken by the Sith.  He pinned me to the floor and seduced me to the dark side.  One cannot resist something that hard and throbbing.  Epic battle.

You know how there are the extreme sport enthusiasts?  They get out there and do some crazy stuff.  Adrenaline junkies.  I realized I am an Extreme Holidaist.  I get such a rush out of the Holidays and making them memorable.  Maybe it’s because there already is a sense of emotion and excitement already there.  It draws me to it like a moth to a flame.  Possibly i just want these precious moments to be remembered forever by those I love.  Whatever it is though I’ll figure a way to enjoy the intensity of it.  I am so excited for Christmas and New Years.  I can hardly stand it!

We left Bear Lake at 5 am yesterday to get to the SLC airport.  Roads and traffic weren’t too bad until we got to the stretch from Ogden to Salt Lake.  Very fortunate we gave ourselves an extra hour.  Caught our flight out at 9:55 and after a 2 1/2 hour stop in Atlanta we were off to Orlando.  Staying at the Hyatt Regency near the airport.  We were tired so after a light dinner hit their gym for a run and a soak in the hot tub.  It was nice just being warm and chillin’ last night 🙂  I slept great because I was exhausted lol.  Today slept in, got ready, had breakfast then went and got our rental car.  It has been a fun day!  Got to go bowling here…

I am not a Gator fan but this was pretty cool!   I had 134 but I lost.  I think the men cheated.  I have proof!!!  It was also kinda fun to see a castle.

Not every day you get to see something so fracking cool!  Honestly I think this place was every bit as fun as Disneyworld.  They even had secret passages.  After the day of work we headed to Disneyworld.  We are going to do the park tomorrow but wanted to get a little shopping in tonight for the kids.  I can send this stuff out tomorrow so we don’t have to haul it back.  I picked up tees and hoodies, some really cool hot chocolate mugs, a couple fridge magnets, a Mickey Mouse Statue, and a plush blanket.  Oh before I forget I also got some lightsabers!   I know what I’m getting Keith for Christmas now.  He challenged me to a duel tonight.  He wants his @ss kicked I think.

The restaurants were crowed. Like 2 hour waits.  I have to confess something.  I may have been murmuring a little because I was hungry.  Keith was my hero.  He went up slipped the hostess a bill and asked how quickly we could be seated.  She was like no more than 10 minutes.  We were in within 5.  This may seem cheesy but OMG I am so turned on!  He is going to get soooooo laid tonight.  I love House of Blues.  We need one in Idaho Falls.

Today was a good day.  Looking forward to tomorrow.  Some business to get done then play time in the park!  Headed back to Utah on Thursday.

This Thanksgiving was a very special one.  Our first at the Bear Lake family cabin.  Keith’s  parents have been wanting to get a cabin for years.  Their hope was to get one up at Sundance but it never materialized.  This past Summer we came up here for their 50th anniversary and rented a cabin.  Needless to say they fell in love with Bear Lake and while there we went and looked at a few.  The rest is history.

We got here a few hours early on Wednesday and got started decorating the deck with lights.  The banister with lights and put up the tree with lots of lights.  Wednesday night we decorated the rest of the tree with the kids and watched the BYU basketball game.  Thanksgiving was wonderful with lots of food, treats, games, a nap, Napoleon Dynamite, and even a holiday walk.  Friday a run, great conversation, more games, some exploring and Guardians of the Galaxy!  There was also an epic game of Risk that lasted well into the night.  Saturday the boys left for a day of BYU in the great Land and City of Provo.  Although it wasn’t the win in basketball we had hoped for against UVU, Keith said it was one of those moments you realize something pretty special is happening.  So he enjoyed the rain of threes and marveled lol.  They stayed until half way through the third quarter of the BYU Football game against Utah State and shivering decided to get a lead on the rest of Aggie Nation heading back to Logan.  I think those of us that stayed back were the smart ones as they got back very late.  They did have lots of fun and they  also brought back 3 extra Cougar Tails!  💙  Sunday everyone slept in.  We had a special fast this morning for our missionary.  Hard to have one away but we love him.  This morning we had our little psuedo branch of 19.  We all gathered in the living room dressed in our church clothes.  We began with prayer, followed by three youth speakers, one from each family, and Keith’s mother finished up.  We then finished with a closing prayer, broke the fast, and had hoagies and soup for lunch and Cougar Tail for dessert!   Tonight we are having another feast. We brought steaks to BBQ and will have baked potatoes, fruit salad, and corn on the cob. Afterward we will have homemade ice cream for dessert.  I am very excited for the cinnamon ice cream. 🙂

The Thanksgiving weekend went too fast.  Everyone is heading different directions tomorrow.  Keith and I are off for Florida then back to Park City for a couple days before returning to Idaho Falls.  His parents are taking the kids home and spending the week with them.  His sister and her family back to Texas and his brother and his family back home in Utah.  A few college kids back to their lives as well.  Family is a wonderful blessing.  Sometimes it would be nice to hit the pause button.  So very grateful we did for a few days at least.  My hope is that it was a special time for all.  Thanksgiving truly is a gift if we don’t miss it.

Tucanos Joy

Ok this is one of my secrets but I hope some of you might enjoy it as well.  Ha it might even boost business at Tucanos.  One never knows.  Ok I do swallow.  Cum kind of has its own unique taste.  Not the most flavorable things in the world but OMG the turn on for guys is priceless so it’s worth it.  But there are ways to make it a bit more enjoyable.  My favorite is a trip to Tucanos and having the guys eat lots of pineapple and those fried bananas lol.  Strawberries are a nice addition to.  Almost like preparing a Cum Smoothie for later.  It’s so worth it!  A Tucanos day makes for a very fun 24 hours.  So guys knock down the citrus fruits and remember a dinner at Tucanos leads to unlimited pleasure, at least in my circle of friends.  A bonus…the Brazilian lemonades are an added delight to be enjoyed later in your cum cocktail.
