Recharging

This Summer has had us on the go. I really needed some time to recharge. Monday was my first Me Day in awhile. Started the day with a 90 minute massage. Then grabbing the book The Martian I headed out to the Pool for a day of reading. Enjoyed the sun, shade and a nap. Keith took me to a nice dinner at Texas Roadhouse after. Night ended with a couple of orgasms.

Tuesday was a Girls Day. A few friends came by for a morning Bungee Workout. Enjoyed the Steam Room and Brunch after. Caught up on our lives then a shopping expedition in the afternoon. I bought a new pair of jeans at the Buckle. It was fun checking things out and I tried on about ten pairs of jeans! I am just not much of a shopper. Honestly I would rather do Clothing Swaps and make it a Party. Definitely a cheaper way to update your wardrobe. My friends had greater shopping success though which we celebrated over dinner at Olive Garden. Warning, if you order the Tour of Italy 🇮🇹 dinner prepare to be stuffed. I love their breadsticks and mozzarella sticks. Such a good day, I love my friends.

Wednesday, July 24th, Pioneer Day. Had a full evening of activities including our Second Annual 5K Trail Run. Last year it was held on July 4th, but we found it was just too much on that day. I think the move to Pioneer Day worked out well. The run started at 5 pm and it was HOT! This year, we also made the Evening a fundraiser for the Foundation. There was Open Pool for those wanting to escape the heat. Karaoke started at 7 pm and we had judges and prizes for the winners. Honestly there was some really great talent. Fireworks started after sunset. Pretty good show for 30 minutes.

Loved having the kids home for a long weekend. Our daughter brought a few of her friends with her. I had met them previously. We have officially made them a part of the family ♥️

Thursday, I took the girls to breakfast at Kneaders. They wanted to enjoy some time at the Pool and relax all afternoon. After an early dinner we hit the indoor climbing wall. The music was loud and they had a blast. Wrapped up the night by singing Karaoke again until real late. It was insane and I was laughing so hard. Great times.

Friday was a pretty casual day. The weather started to cool and the wind picked up. We ended up moving Friday Night Cinema into the Fieldhouse. Picked one of our favorite movies, Inception.

Saturday we slept in a bit. A couple of late nights catches up to you. Lazy morning by the Pool. We found out our guests had never been shooting before. So we grabbed some of the shotguns. Eventually they kinda got the hang of it. Shooting is easy, hitting the clays not so much 😂. Sounds like next up is the four wheelers. Keith is taking the girls exploring for awhile. I am going to finish my book. Hope you all are enjoying your Summer!

Girl’s Camp 2019

I LOVE CAMP! It was another great year. I think I have attended most of the Girl’s Camps of my adult life. I have served in Young Women’s in one capacity or another for as long as I can remember. I wouldn’t know how to do anything else in the Church.

Kudos to the Priesthood. They were awesome getting Camp set up. It is all out for us, every year! No way we could do it without them. Half a day setup and takedown and they have it down to a science.

A few highlights of Camp 2019. First, we had a goal to have every one of the girls attend. That is not easy with sports, dance, family, travel, work and friends. This was not a goal of the YW Leaders, this was something the girls wanted. There were tender mercies along the way to making this goal happen for them. Some great people changed plans, parents worked around our schedule for vacations, employers granted wishes.

Another first was having 11 year old Beehives at Camp this year. You have never seen so much energy and excitement from anyone. It was contagious.

Another highlight was the food! BBQ’d chicken the first night, followed by tinfoil dinners, steak kabobs and finally Navajo tacos. The breakfasts weren’t too bad either. Between the campfire, grill, cooktop and Dutch Oven we really nailed the food.

The days were filled with shared activities with the Stake. The Amazing Race and all the activities associated with that. The Opening & Closing Ceremony, the Hike, the Panel Discussion and the Trail Run. The evenings at our Camp included the Smoothie Bar, volleyball, star gazing with a full moon, Karaoke, PlayStation, Once I was a Beehive movie and the Bishopric visit and our Testimony meeting by campfire.

I think the Laurel performance of Poker Face by Lady Gaga is one of the greatest Karaoke performances ever! One thing I am most grateful for. These young women know love. They are strong in their faith and they are full of goodness.

After arriving home, I crashed once the girls had been picked up. Keith was in charge of Friday Night Cinema for the kids. I got up in time to have some pizza and watch. Sunset was at 9:02 last night and the boys picked Bumblebee.

Saturday morning was the real test to attend the Temple. It was our wrap up to Camp Week. I know how tired I was, so with a silent prayer in my heart and a light breakfast of cinnamon roles, juice and hot chocolate the girls arrived one by one. They all came.

Every. Single. One!

The Bishopric performed the baptisms and after, we went to Chuck-A-Rama for lunch. There is nothing I can imagine of greater significance than being in the Temple with these young women. The bar has been set. The gauntlet laid down. The blessings of 2019 we expect to carry into another year. Now that all is said and done I may sleep until tomorrow! ♥️

Everyone is Gone

Well July 4th has passed and the busy-ness of Summer has arrived. Sunday our two oldest left for Provo. Keith left Monday afternoon for Colorado. So it is just me and the younglings. Seems very quiet around here.

With Girl’s Camp coming next week I had work to catch up on. Monday was follow up from our Montana trip, dropping Keith at the airport after lunch and some business with an agent in Park City. Tuesday most of the day includes business from the Cape Cod trip and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday time spent on dōTERRA. Fortunately half days that wrapped up by 1 or 2 pm.

The boys and I went out for dinner most of the week and did a little shopping while hanging out. Wednesday we watched Dark Knight and had pizza delivered. Thursday I had considered meeting up with a younger married couple Keith and I have played with, but decided to wait. That would have been a fun threesome but I didn’t want to leave the boys home alone late.

The boys helped during the week. On some of my video calls they shared their favorite essential oils and showed off their tans. Good times! I appreciate that they stayed busy and I was able to burn through the week. I was stressing a bit with how much I needed to wrap up before Camp.

Friday we had our first Friday Night Cinema of the Summer. The movie was Ralph Breaks the Internet. A few of the other moms came to help with the party. The boys did a great job of setting up the screen and equipment. I have no idea how to do any of that, so fortunately we had a Friday Night Cinema. Treats included Hot Tamales, Gummy Worms and Kettle Corn. Bottled Rootbeer, Orange and Grape Soda to drink. There were some wired kids that went home after the movie. It was a very good night!

Keith wasn’t supposed to get home until Saturday but they managed to get out of Denver Friday evening. Loved that he made it home because I was really wanting some cock! He took an Uber home at 10 from the airport, watched the rest of the movie with us then we finally got some intense midnight sex. I whispered some naughty things to him and got three loads of cum out for my teasing. Cumming Home Sex is fun sex!

This afternoon we were able to get the Trailers loaded for Monday. Ordered pizza and wings and had a fun time while the Priesthood packed up. The girls are super excited about our upcoming Grand Adventure! Seriously this will be the greatest year ever!
